1920s German Art Deco Necklace, Chrome, Enamel & Galalith

I think some of the best Art Deco jewelry came out of Germany in the 1920s.  Much of the styling borrows from French Deco designs, but it also often draws on the German Arts & Crafts movement.  This necklace is clearly Deco, but that dragon is straight-up Arts & Crafts.
