1830-40s French Cannetille & Filigree Earrings, 18K Gold (sold)

I don’t think you could find a jeweler alive today who could make you a pair of earrings like this.  Just incredible craftsmanship.  The form is great too— like tasseled lamp shades, or jellyfish.
